This is a picture of cards created by several of our members for an MLK Day service project on January 20^th at our club Secretary’s business meeting room.  Several of our members as you can see, colored, drew pictures and wrote positive and silly sayings on blank cards.  These cards were then delivered to the Caitlin’s Smiles building in the township where they would be included in Caitlin’s Smiles bags. The bags are filled by other volunteers with coloring books and/or other arts and crafts to give children with life-threatening or chronic conditions a way to express their creativity while in hospitals, specialty pediatric clinics, and Ronald McDonald Houses.

I was deeply honored on behalf of the Rotary Club of Susquehanna Township, to award scholarships on May 27th to three exceptional Susquehanna Township High School Seniors - Suha Rockwell, Tuba Noor, and Hannah Harvey for their outstanding achievements in academics and service to their community and school. Suha, as a Junior was sponsored by our Rotary club for a five-day Rotary Youth Leadership program at Messiah University, Tuba and Hanna during high school both served as dedicated members of our club sponsored school's Interact Club, and all three had been previously recognized as Student of the Month by their teachers and celebrated by our club. We can't wait to see the incredible impact they will make at the colleges of their choice.
